How the Supplier Check works
A simple way for operators to feed back on the platforms and suppliers they use day to day. Built to be fair, to sustain and improve itself over time, and to give back to the charities that support the sector.

Find your supplier
If they're already listed, go straight to leaving a review. If not, add them as a new supplier. You'll need to be registered yourself to do this, plus a work email address for someone at that business so they can register too.

Leave a review
Once you're registered, you can review a specific product the supplier provides.

The supplier is notified
They receive an email letting them know they've been listed on the HSC Supplier Check, with an invitation to register. Once registered, they can see the review.

The supplier can respond
After paying their annual subscription, they can reply to your review.

Reviews stay live for 365 days
After that they no longer count towards the supplier's platform score, and the score expires. If no new reviews come in, the supplier becomes dormant - the listing stays visible, but the reviews don't.

Subscription pricing reflects scale
Pricing is based on the supplier's scale - the number of companies or locations they supply or are implemented at - so the cost reflects reach across the sector. We've tried to keep this as fair as possible and no suppliers pay between £250 and £5000 per year to take part.
